Student-Led Scheduling Letter

28 April 2000

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Team 7-2, the CSUSB Coyotes at Frisbie Middle School, will be holding its student-led conferences for AVID students during the third and fourth weeks of May. As a result of our first letter, you had indicated that you were interested and willing to attend such a conference with your student during which he or she will reflect upon their successes during their seventh-grade year.

At this time we would like you to select the best available time for you to attend the student-led conference from the list of available times on the back of this letter. We are asking that you select three choices in order of preference. Please circle your choices and indicate your first choice with a 1, second choice with a 2, and your third choice with a 3. If your schedule prohibits you from attending any of these available times, or you have any other difficulties in attending, please note those items in the comments section. In addition, if your schedule allows for flexibility, would you please note that also.

Thank you,

Team 7-2 Teachers
