Explanation of Project
The learner coordinated and conducted student-led parent/guardian conferences after selecting portfolio examples of work reflective of improvement over the course of the year in all academic areas. The learner selected examples, provided evaluative write-ups, created formal invitations, scheduled conferences to avoid conflicts, created refreshments, controlled the conduct of the conference, and provided a concluding evaluation. The learner studied social skills and practiced manners, courtesy and etiquette.
