Our tessellation is called The World. We came up with that name by the colors used in the tessellation. The blue symbolizes water and the green symbolizes land.

We made our tessellation on the computer in ClarisWorks 3.0. We made the shape of the tessellation by using a lasso to cut the shape out of a rectangle. Then we made a pattern by moving our shape.
