Reunion Planning
It’s your ten-year high school reunion and committees have been formed to help plan the celebration. Each committee will meet in person once before the reunion.

The first thing I noticed was that there are 6 committees. There are 5-6 members on each committee. Some repeated names could be the same person or a person with the same name as a classmate. There are 32 people listed on committees. If the repeat names are the same people there are 20 people on the committees.
I wonder how it was determined who went on each committee. I wonder how many people are included in the reunion. It seems unusual that decoration planners appear to have all boy names, especially when I have worked with students; girls generally are much more interested in the decoration. I wonder why they need to meet in person when interaction online would be just as effective. The various groups may need to determine what information in needed by when. The number of people responding if they will attend impacts the food, amount spent on entertainment, and the facility to host the event.
I notice Food and Entertainment committees each have 6 memebers while the other committees have each have 5 members. I wonder how much money each committee has for a budget. I also wonder how many people are attending the reunion and how much a ticket to the reunion costs.
I would need to know more about the estimated attendance and projected cost of the reunion so that a ticket price can be established to cover costs.
