Traffic Jam - A lesson discussion with Suzanne Alejandre

Our current lesson from the Teaching with Technology segment is called Traffic Jam. I used a variation of Traffic Jam years ago with my 7th grade students and it was one of my best lessons. I called it (not very cleverly) the chip game and used poker chips, paper and pencil. Suzanne uses technology in her version. But does it really enhance the lesson? To find out, visit the Teaching with Technology portal.

To offer or read comments about this lesson go the Technologies for MathTeaching Discussion.
