What is the volume of a pyramid with a a height of 20.6 meters and a 
square base with sides of 35 meters?

The formula for the volume of a pyramid is V = (1/3)Ah
where A is the area of the base, h is the height, and V is the volume 
of the pyramid.  Now you know that h = 20.6 meters and you should be 
able to figure the area of a square of side 35 meters.  

A = 35^2 = 1225 sq meters. So, the volume is

   V = (1/3)(1225)(20.6) = 8411.666... cubic meters
