  What is special about February 20th, 2002 at 8:02PM?
  The Universal Day of Symmetry site answers this question:
  in Europe and South America, where the convention is to
  write the month and day in reverse of the US practice,
  that moment is written 20/02/2002, 20:02.

  The day can be celebrated by exchanging materials, articles,
  creations and findings related to the ludic and recreational
  aspects of symmetry, which will be published on this Web site
  on February 20th. The deadline to send collaborations is
  February 10th, 2002.

  It is presented in Castellano, English, Catala, Portugues,
  and Aragones.

  through May each year. Answers are available when the
  following problem is posted.
