This website started as a pentomino project for students at
the T.I.D. Ronse school in Belgium and is being continued and
enhanced by students at K.S.O. Glorieux Ronse.

NASA EDUCATION MATERIALS STANDARD ALIGNMENT REVIEW

The NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory Office of Education is
seeking volunteers to assist in the alignment of NASA
instructional lessons to the National Council of Teachers of
Mathematics (NCTM) Standards. The Office is looking for
motivated educators to spend 5-10 hours to help place
their NASA curricular lessons into a matrix containing
the NCTM Standards.
If you register to participate in the Review, you will
receive information by mail including all materials needed to
complete the assignment, along with a free poster. Upon
completion of the assignment you will receive a Certificate
of Participation: NASA Education Materials Standard
Alignment Review.
Qualifications for entry are:
(1) At least one year K-12 math teaching experience
(2) Knowledge of math content standards (national, state,
or district)
(3) Internet access
The deadline to participate is August 1, 2003.
