### Multiplying a repeating 4's number by 14

1. Choose a repeating 4's number (4444, etc.)
2. Multiply it by 14
3. The product is:
- the first digit is 6
- the next digits are repeating 2's (two fewer than repeating 4's in the original number)
- the last two digits are 16

#### Example:

1. If the first number is 4444:
2. Multiply by 14. The product is:
- the first digit is 6: 6.
- the next digits are repeating 2's (two fewer than repeating 4's in the original number): 22.
- the last two digits are 16: 16.
3. So 4444 × 14 = 62216.

See the pattern?

1. If the first number is 444444:
2. Multiply by 14. The product is:
- the first digit is 6: 6.
- the next digits are repeating 2's (two fewer than repeating 4's in the original number): 2222.
- the last two digits are 16: 16.
3. So 444444 × 14 = 6222216.
