Even though our institute won't begin for several days let me accept this
welcome and extend one of our own to the Geometry Center teachers and to
readers of the Geometry.Forum newsgroups. This should be an active week
with many postings on topics ranging from interesting problems to questions
of pedagogy to new horizons for research. We hope many will join in these
discussions as we attempt to build the Internet as a resource for Geometry
teachers everywhere.
