Tesselation of quadrilaterals

Thanks to William Webber, I stand corrected about my earlier assertion
about quadrilaterals and tesselations.

I guess I can modify the remark to:

1. Which quadrilaterals tesselate an infinite strip (region between two
parallel lines)?

But, then it's getting pretty tailored to trapezoids...
