The book by David Henderson is
Experiencing Geometry on plane and sphere, Prentice-Hall 1996

It is a book designed for group work in class, and lots of writing,
explorations etc. I am currently using it for an undergraduate
course - in which a majority of students want to be
high school teachers.

It is good on history and connections to other ideas, but not
intensive on axioms, 'applications' or analytic geometry.
