Of course they could even they didn't have an social and political agenda
instead of an educational agenda.

He is not.
I have been reading and enjoying Dr. Rubin's posts for 6 years. He certainly
believes what he posts and he is old enough to know when the government
education systems wasn't as stupid as it is today.
