There are several factors that come to mind when I think of influences
that have changed my teaching style. First, and the most dominant
influence, is the student composition of my class. Secondly, I think
graduate courses & increased knowledge promotes change. As I study
philosophies & research I am given new ideas or reinforcement and
extensions of old ideas. Last, I think discussion between and among
teachers incites change.
I would enjoy reading your research results.
