Thanks for getting the conversation started with regard to Everybody

Beginning teachers may look to how they were taught for models, but
the masterful teachers I have known could not continue to teach as
they were taught and be so effective. Teachers now are trying to
emulate the challenges of the Standards -- I doubt if many of us at
the collegiate level are yet providing the models of that style.
