Not surprising you've stooped to make a personal attack on me related to the question of the jury's verdict. You are, the self described master of personal abuse. Nobody will contend for that title.
Let's make this very clear, Mike. The coincidence of a predominately black jury with one that might not have been terribly innumerate was the conscious work of the Dream Team. The race of the jurors was not related to their seeming innumeracy.
Can you understand that two characteristics prized by the defense might have been arrived at without a natural correlation.
Would it be possible to get a white jury seated that had never appreciated classical music? Yes! Would this have been viewed as a racist notion if I pointed it out? No!!
What is perhaps more disconcerting is the impression left in your post that you're somewhat happy OJ got off as some sort of payback. Why not just say it yourself instead of hiding behind Nat Hentoff.
But, of course, you don't have to live here, do you?
