COMAP has a math history activity book which is most interesting.
I believe the information about the months is in it. I will
check tomorrow and pass on the information. I do know for sure
it is in some piece of information that I have from COMAP.

While I'm thinking about it, Art Johnson (published by Dale
Seymour), Frank Swetz (Open Court), the Reimers (AIMS) and now
Sanderson Smith (Key Curriculum) have excellent mathematics
history and activity books out. The AIMS materials can be used
with younger children.
