There are several rubrics you might look at and perhaps modify to fit your needs. In Everyday Math there is a very simple rubric which uses B-beginnning , D-developing, and S-Secure. You can check the book to get a more definitive description of what beginning , developing and secure might mean. There is a rubric with comes with open response questions from a groups called EXEMPLARS. Usually the rubrics vary according to the problem.
