Re: students helping develop rubrics

Last year I worked with a third grade class where the teacher had the
students participate in setting standards and criteria for their work.
For each project they did she had the students brainstorm what would
make a project good and what would make it excellent. Has anyone ever
tried something like this with investigations? Might it be a useful
approach?
