Rubric from Rachelle's district on site

Rachelle Tome from MSAD#11 has received many requests for her
district's rubrics since she offered here a year ago to send them to
anyone who is interested.
CESAME decided to do a spotlight article on this district's work in
assessment:

A task scoring rubric and a student record form for Mathematical
Thinking at Grade 3 are provided in the article. The student record
form includes the four activities the district identified as
assessment tasks for that unit.
