Place Value

Since the beginning of the school year I have been exposing my class
to place value through the use of the calendar activities. This has
been followed up with practice on paper, games, etc. Most of the
class seems to understand place value, with a few exceptions. Any
suggestions to help the kids whose light bulbs haven't come on yet?
