Standardized Tests are a fact and a vehical toward higher educationand success. In a tecnilogical world, time is money. Many of people have been fired because it just plan took them to long to finish their work. There are standards and rules, a better way and a more eficient way to dothings. Investigations has let my children down. They guess a lot and fake things a lot. The teacher does not have greater understanding of what they know. They have 90 students a day and rarle even see their work. I here parents complain all the time, "my child got 10/10 on all their asignments then flunked the test. How can this happen?"
Do I believe that Investigations should be throughn out. No! I just stongly beleive that value, or subjective, gradeing of math does not work and that exclusivly doing investigations without traditional math is like throughing our kids out a plane without a parachette.
I will fight it with all I have for the future of America. Why are we doing this?
