I haven't had this experience, so I don't really know what to say. I guess I would tell people that I find there is suficient computation practice right in the program. The practice is often disguised as games (this looks very different from worksheets), and that my students are learning number facts and computational strategies right from the program. I'll bet that other people have encountered this and I'd love to hear how they have address this concern.
