I must be confused. I love the idea of the game but am confused exactly how to play. Is it a cooperative or a competive game? When playing competitively, the students tend to put in small arrays in an attempt to block their opponent from capturing the match. Do you use more than one set of array cards? How do you deal children placing small arrays that then need the same array to complete the card. For example, a 1 x 6 array would complete the bigger array but a child put instead a 1 x 3 array down. In order to complete the array they would need another 1 x 3 array but since it has already been played, there is not another one 1 x 3 which is need to complete the array. (unless you are using more than one deck of cards). Are children limited to two or three smaller arrays or can they fill the bigger arrays with as many smaller arrays as they need? I have read over the directions several times and probably are just missing something but thus far, I have found this game very confusing. Any help out there? Betsy
