I am interested in your idea on Parent Surveys. The teachers in our school need ideas and suggestions on how to better communicate with parents. Since our students don't have text books, I have suggested to teachers to photocopy the teacher's notes from the books and send them home. I have aslo suggested that parents be invited to class on a rotational basis to assist with lessons. Another idea is that teachers videotape a lesson and allow students to take it home on a rotational basis to show to parents. What would a typical survey look like? What kinds of questions do you ask?
