Last Aug 25 I began working as a Project Manager for the Math Forum, and my life got very interesting -- in a wonderful way! I coordinate the Math Fundamentals Problem of the Week and our Online Mentoring Project, and work on various other projects as part of the team.

In my previous life I taught in public schools in rural NH and VT for 32 years. Since 1986 I was the Enrichment Teacher (Gifted Ed) and Technology Coordinator at a K-6 school. I've always been passionate about math education, problem solving and technology. I feel very lucky to have found this position that combines them all and gives me the opportunity to learn lots!

My husband Bob and I live in Haverhill, NH, so I telecommute to PHL most of the time and AMTRAK to the city for about one week per month. I also love trains! and gardening, tennis, canoeing, and singing in a community chorus.

I'm looking forward to my first Tool Fest.
