I just did a quick search and the best site I found so far was right here in the Math Forum (I'm not surprised):

It would still be nice to hear from any one else who might have other ideas and/or resources to add to this collection. Again, it would especially be nice to find ones that are relate to Investigations and/or Connected Math.
