I'm not sure it's a fallacy so to *rebut* an argument: there are many definitions of "to rebut", only some of them requiring as a component "to refute" (one that doesn't is peculiar to the sport of curling: "to play forcefully at random when the ice is blocked with curling stones, in hope of chance advantage"). It surely *is* a fallacy to claim that one has *refuted* an argument "by calling it 'bullshit' and 'crank babble." alone; but, like you, I don't know what to call that fallacy. Perhaps "curling"?
