That is what I meant. Handing out registration forms to those poor, tortured souls does not rise above hugs and kisses for the terminally ill. I am sure you made them feel better with the thought that somebody cares, but 23 yrs later, their condition is worse than ever.

Yea, how about that. But my question to you is, how comfortable do you feel supporting a system, with your money, that tolerates, seems even to breed, corruption and incompetence?

That is true, if you are talking about a private school. But if your diploma comes from the State of Oregon, then the State of Oregon has to set the standards.
