Oh, Haim, you're so lame, you probably think you did score debating
points with someone. And you did. With yourself.

The fact that some silly corn pone comes back into fashion doesn't
reduce it's lameness. Of course, that's a matter of taste and
judgment. And it would be shocking if something that struck me as
stupid and covered with Iowa farm dust and pig shit ("dance with the
guy what brung ya") didn't strike a giant intellect like Haim Pimpik
or Wayne "Aw, Shucks!" Bishop as the pinnacle of modern prose.

Last I checked, there are some bad writers working for just about any
newspaper one cares to name. Lots of shoddy prose passes in and out
of fashion. Need I cite things that gained or regained popularity in
the media to make my point? But again, there's no debating taste, and
if Haim wants to roll about in the muck with Farmer Wayne, that's
certainly his prerogative.

Wasn't this list more fun when Haim and Wayne stuck to their blood-
pact and ignored me, though? Almost as much fun as when Wayne was too
battered to post at all. If I didn't know better, I'd swear that
bicycles were a racist invention.
