What are you giving for wolves? 65 or 66 or 65.4?

Subject: When is a wolf not a wolf?

Question #21 asks students to "predict the number of wolves..." It does
not say how close their prediction has to be, if it can not go over or
must not include partial wolves. So, is anybody allowing more than
one(65) answer?
