It's a very simple problem to solve if, indeed as you claim you can construct periodic general continued fractions for any irrational.
What properties of the simple continued fractions are you generalized continued fractions supposed to generalize ? It's certainly not best approximations, you now admit that your cfs don't produce any best rational approximatiions, or at least if they do, you don't know which they are. Now your claim that you can expand irrationals as a "periodic GCF" has been shown to be mathenatical flatulence.
I don't know what kind of mathematical education is available in the jungles of Venerzuela, but if decimals are too difficult to master for someone claiming to be an engineer, it must be pretty lamentable. Can you even count to 20 without using your fingers and toes ?
