Hi All - Instead of forwarding attachments around like it's 1997, why don't we post review questions to a wiki. This web 2.0 stuff is powerful, let's start using it to get some work done! If anyone hasn't heard of wikis, they are basically websites that can be easily edited either by anyone, or some more restricted group of people. They are pretty easy to use, you don't have to know HTML or anything. I set one up at: http://nysalgebrareview.pbwiki.com/ To be able to create or edit a page, use the invite key "coffee" when it asks for it. If you have already created the question in a word processing app, you can copy and paste it into a new page in the wiki. It will be a bit more work than forwarding an attachment, but I think the result will be much more flexible and accessible. If you are really intimidated by making wiki entries, write me at knowak@fmschools.org, and I will help walk you through it. The idea is to create one wiki page per question, and tag them all, then it will be easy to search for specific topics. We could create other tags besides topic tags, too...standards? difficulty? (Tags are just labels that can be sorted, searched, etc) Another option is to create a new wiki page, and just attach your whole document to the page. I think this will make the wiki less robust for end users, but at least everything will be all in one place. If you decide to create your own pbwiki account and want authorship access to the whole wiki, email me directly. As far as copying questions from review books, I think we should avoid that, since a wiki is published for all the Internet to see. What does everyone think? Worth a try?
