We grade after school and on Saturday so we don't miss instructional time.

I will miss three days of instruction, 2 days to grade the 8th grade assessment and 1 day for the 7th grade assessment.  Crazy huh!

I?d like to know how teachers of Regents Algebra 1 to 8th graders are getting the time to grade the recent NYS 8th Grade Math Assessment.  In particular, are you (they) being taken out of your (their) Algebra 1 classrooms one or more days to do that grading or is some other grading process being used.

  Thanks for your responses.
