In New York grading is being done by the signed up teachers in afterschool hours. The teachers have one full day of training and then they grade every day from 4 to 6P.M. The procedure is the same for both mathematics and ELA. If you have more specific questions, I have a friend who is working in grading and I'll be glad to help.
