Jonathan et al,

1. I practice extreme kindness and patience. I'm not kidding. To ellicit good questions from stifled, passive, exhausted people takes lots of work. :-) So being extraordinarily patient is a must. (But Jonathan, from your posts I have a feeling you knew that one already, because you sound like a patient, kind person.)
