While taking the Omni magazine Mensa test I noticed partern of coming with answer. They didn't fit what I thought would give me the answer. And some were just more unbounded then others. I went to looking over what I had done and what I was doing. If I spotted a parttern I'd look for other things would work out the same.
In school one faces that all the time and there is a teacher there to tell you.
Who watchs you now. Well, teacher taught me alot and she never got mad. That is the attitude you would have to take.
