thanks a lot... I'm going to try!
I was not aware that is was possible to "call" VB from matlab. In fact I was inventing some way of having an "auto_open" script executing in Excel, but this way is much much more elegant.
Thanks again, I will ask if something is not clear.
This forum is a real bonus for every user of MATLAB
