My students take the YMS2e online quizzes as we do each chapter and we
have not had any problems with the site. I checked it just now using
a student ID and it worked fine, the result was sent to me with no
problem.
If a student reported to you that they had a problem, you have to
consider the source. My students have made various mistakes with it,
typing the URL wrong, not including my school email in their profile
or spelling it wrong, not continuing beyond the last question to press
(Submit), in every case the site was not at fault.
