Suppose we mean that 25% of those with heart disease are also unfit while 75% of those with heart disease are fit. In this case the percentage of the population that is both unfit and has heart disease would be 25% of 35% or 8.75% of the population is both. This would leave 26.25% of the population fit but with heart disease. We would have 31.25% unfit but no heart disease and 33.75% fit with a good heart.

Stay fit and have a nice day.
