I believe the practice and habits of Jesse Hughes are illegal on Usenet to systematically use a signature block to repetitiously misquote someone out of context for the purpose of making that person look bad. I think Hughes should be banned from posting to Usenet for he cannot stop his bad behaviour.

Some months back I posted to NEWS.ADMIN.NET-ABUSE.MISC about this issue of Hughes and NANAM stopped him. But it appears that he just cannot ever stop completely. So I ask NANA to bann him from posting to Usenet.
