Gentlemen,
It is called a TRIangle because it has 3 angles. If one of the angles IS ZERO (or tries to be zero)... then you don't have a TRIangle anymore. ZERO degrees is NOT considered an angle. You end up with a discontinous geometrical aberration. Two parallel lines connected by a perpendicular line. The two infinite lines will never intersect.
