Afraid not, you have given no good reason to use a special definition of belief. I will continue to use the common definition of belief which is;
Belief is the psychological state in which an individual holds a proposition or premise to be true.
As for this arbitrary horse shit, thats not very good science or methodology. Much less precise than inductive logic, Rand's prescription could be dangerous to ones helth being as sloppy and vague as it is.
