Does anyone have any recommendations for publications/sources on differentiated instruction in math?

Has anyone read the book "More Good Questions: Great Ways to Differentiate Secondary Mathematics Instruction" my Marion Small and Amy Lin? If so, what did you think of it?

Thanks.
