Certainly times have changed. Fewer two-parent households has put time and money restraints on families forcing them to make decisions that our parents would never had made. Outsourcing their jobs as parents. The responsibility of the teacher has increased dramatically over the years. Because teachers are not able to meet the increasing amount of demands that today's parents have, parents are finding other ways to supplement these demands by hiring tutors, etc.
