Have you used a mathematical model or physical blocks available (such as pmsm block) for your simulation??
If you can tell whet you have done so far, may be i could help you in incorporating a MPPT into you model. I had already completed simulating wind turbine coupled with PMSG for different vatiations in wind velocities. i am also still in the process of developing an mppt algorithm...
