No, Humes problem of induction is only about arguing to the future based upon the frequency of past occurrences. There might be an exception in arguing about an unknown in the past based upon more recent past frequencies, but even then Hume's version of the problem of induction is always about arguing for the probability of future events based upon abstract interpretations of remembered incidents. You imagine you can just make stuff up to dig yourself out of the holes your ignorance of philosophy puts you in. In that your very similar to M Gordge and it is fun to embarrass you when claiming more than is there.
