Field Test Question

My district was chosen to administer field tests in Integrated Algebra this month. My question is how we handle students with disabilities- i.e. ones who get questions read to them or extended time. I know the pre-test does not count for the students but should we be using these modifications for them or do they just take it in their regular classroom for the 40 minutes like the other students?
Any help is appreciated.
