We have #1 but only for the first 2 MP's.
We tried #4 and #5 for one year only as our principal got tired of "but my
student belongs in honors" (and he refused to listen to our math teachers
as we explained why this doesn't work in math)....well, it only took one
year to figure it out...never again.
