Dear idiot 1tree: At no point have I ever said that the deformation of clay is linear or non-linear! My dropped ball experiment measures the EQUALITY of KE of two same size but different weight balls. If the KE is equal, the dents in the clay will be identical. Case closed! ? NE ?
